Manager of Partner & Member Success
Child Welfare Wonk is hiring a contract-based Manager of Partner & Member Success, 20 hours a week, fully remote.
This role focuses on building long-term relationships and managing the systems and processes that sustain them. You will own the lifecycle of memberships and partnerships, ensuring smooth onboarding and sustained retention.
Working closely with our Director of Operations and Growth, you’ll manage relationships and logistics with our members and partners to maximize the benefit our work provides them.This role is primarily responsible for:
